You are likely going to start seeing some improvement within days, but it is not always the case. Be patient, sometimes it can take up to 3 months to realize the full impact of your new exercise program.

When we exercise muscles that we are not used to using, those muscles can get sore, but with continued exercise, the soreness improves. If the exercises you have learned in this workshop are causing pain that makes it difficult for you to do other things you enjoy, you should stop doing the exercises, and seek care with a pelvic floor muscle therapist if your symptoms do not improve.
